Hector is a community pharmacist who was introduced to CrossFit in 2010 and immediately fell in love. The competitive nature and camaraderie offered through CrossFit were what pulled him out of his solo training routines and into the box. With his background in healthcare and growing up as a recreational athlete, Hector is well suited to help clients improve their quality of life through a variety of different approaches.
Functional application is his favorite aspect of the CrossFit lifestyle, as it allows for participation in activities that may be physically demanding, such as trail riding or obstacle course races. Hector’s favorite aspect of CrossFit as a coach is helping clients break barriers and set new personal records. Whether it’s developing a proper basic squat to setting a new personal record for a snatch, client progress is the most exciting and fulfilling part of being a coach for him.Hector’s Certifications Include:

Laura is committed to coaching others into a healthy, real food, holistic lifestyle that best suits the unique metabolic and lifestyle needs of each individual.
Laura earned her first nutrition/health coach certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she studied over 100 different dietary theories and determined through research and personal experience that an “Ancestral” approach to diet and lifestyle was the most effective. She then aligned herself with the Primal Health Coach Certification program to coach others through long term lifestyle change.
As a working mother of 4 children, Laura understands the demands of today’s busy lifestyle and the detrimental impact the dietary choices so many of us make in the interest of convenience. Laura runs http://momgonepaleo.com, a paleo centered health and nutrition blog providing resources, advice, recipes and helpful tips for other busy people concerned with living a healthier life.
Laura found CrossFit in 2012 in an effort to find a whole body, fully functional fitness program and fell in love with it. It is also where Laura met and married our head trainer Brad Rupsis!

Quinton joined the medical sales industry after spending the mid-90s in the U.S. NAVY. For almost two decades, Quinton led a sedentary globo-gym life while raising three kids with his wife of 16 years. During the start of his midlife crisis in 2012, he found Crossfit. Since, he has adopted the motto “Train for Something or Workout for Nothing!” This has led to multiple Toughmudders and Warrior’s Dash races, Crossfit Charity Competitions and an upcoming GORUCK®.
When not training, Quinton is coaching kids and teens in Football, Lacrosse and General Physical Preparedness. He believes in the health benefits of Crossfit and its scalable application for all athletes regardless of age, gender or abilities.

Anand is responsible for making sure the gym runs smoothly and safely. As Client Service Officer, Anand is committed to making sure we are meeting the needs of our members. As head of Business Operations, Anand makes sure we are operating efficiently and fairly for all members and staff. Anand’s focus is making sure our members are happy, the gym is functioning successfully and improving our members experience whenever we can.
