Fundamentals: Try it free for 1 week!

Our Fundamentals course is composed of 12 classes conducted 3 times a week for 4 weeks. The benefit of attending the course during our dedicated Fundamentals class time is to ensure the coach can focus his or her attention on working with you and not splitting attention between two different levels of classes. We find grouping new folks together cultivates camaraderie and support among individuals all learning and going through the same stuff together. Some class times will be full, others may be just you depending on everyone’s availability. We also offer a custom schedule if our class times do not work for you but the cost is higher due to extra staffing needs to accommodate you. Contact Us to schedule your consultation.
