A1) strict press: 70,75,80,85% + 5
Final set is technical max (as many as possible until form breaks down)

A2) split squat: 7 reps x 4 sets, 2 KB
60-90 sec rest

B1) Turkish get up: 2 reps each arm x 4 sets
60 sec rest

B2) 10 sledge hits each side x 4 sets (hard as possible)
60 sec rest
