15 minute warm-up

A1) deadlift: 5 reps @ 65,70,75%
60 sec rest

A2) Rope climbs 2 reps x 3 sets
60 sec rest

20 minute EMOM of:
20 x single arm KB swings, 10 each side at any #
2 x Turkish get up at any #, make sure you do the same amount of get ups on each arm. I don’t care if you do one on each arm each round or 2 on one arm and switch arms the next round.
