WARM-UP
5 minute of rolling out
5 minute mobility

Warm up, 2 rounds
1 minute jumping jack
20 yard lunge twists
20 yard high kicks
20 yard side step
10 yard inch worm with one push up

STRENGTH
A) Take 15 minutes to find a DL 5 rep max.

B1) Handstand walks: 25ft x 4 sets or HS practice

B2) GHD sit up: 10-15 x 4

C) 1000 meter row. Not all out, this is a recovery row
