A1) Deadlift same as back squat on Monday
3-5 minute rest between sets of DL

A2) Turkish get up: 2 reps each side x 3 sets

WOD
12 minute AMRAP of
5 x Hang power snatch 95/65
5 x OHS, sub front squat 95/65
10 x bar wipers 95/65

Must show you can safely do a OHS to do in the WOD
