Run 2 Big Laps then…

10 KB Dead Lift (light)

10 KB Clean and Press (light)

10 Burpees

3 rounds

 

Strength:

10 Dips (strict)

10 Lunge ( heavy as possible) 5 each leg

Rest 1-2 mins in between sets

3 Rounds

 

WOD:

3 Rounds with a 1 min rest in between of

1 Min Box Jumps 24/20

1 Min Push up

1 Min Wall Ball 20/14

1 Min Plank

(every time you drop from plank, take 5 from your score)
