A Gym Near Berwyn That Can Help You Lose Weight and Get Fit

These sessions are structured as group classes. Each session lasts about an hour involving an active warm up, a strength or skill practice component, and the WOD (Work Out of the Day) that is prescribed for experienced athletes and scaled to fit your fitness and experience level. Depending on the WOD we will also recommend either a finisher (usually core work) and/or a post workout stretch before you leave.
